Utility class containing constants. Specifies the level in the document tree where a particular StructuredDocumentTag can occur.

`static final int`	`UNKNOWN = 0`
`static final int`	Specifies the unknown or invalid value.
`static final int`	`INLINE = 1`
`static final int`	The element occurs at the inline level (e.g. among as runs of text).
`static final int`	`BLOCK = 2`
`static final int`	The element occurs at the block level (e.g. among tables and paragraphs).
`static final int`	`ROW = 3`
`static final int`	The element occurs among rows in a table.
`static final int`	`CELL = 4`
`static final int`	The element occurs among cells in a row.

INLINE = 1
